New South Wales Early Phase Clinical Trials Alliance
NECTA is an early phase clinical trials consortium made up of researchers from primary academic cancer centres in New South Wales, Australia. The Alliance is always conducting many active Phase 1 trials, and welcomes study and referral enquiries.
The team at NECTA identified a need for a centralised research hub to enable the sharing of expertise and facilities. Building on the collaborative approach that was already in place between these research groups, they decided to form NECTA.

NECTA works closely with the ACRF Centenary Cancer Research Centre, the UNSW Lowy Cancer Research Centre, Prince of Wales Hospital and St Vincent's Hospital Sydney.
